Newbie Question - When do I move up?

And I mean a newbie... I've played home games for about a year now, and finally decided about 3 months ago to deposit some cash online. I put small amounts in 3 sites ($50 to PS, $50 to UB, and $50 to FTP), and started in on the small .05/.10 tables. After a couple months I was up $150. I know that means nothing to most of you, but for me, doubling some chump change was nice. So I invested in Poker Tracker with some of it, and decided to move up a level as well (stepped into the 6-handed .10/.25 and .25/.50 tables). I have no record of my .05/.10 tables, but the last month has been logged in Poker Tracker. I've also played tournaments, doing fairly well. I've only played 15 or so, but have made the money about 80% of the time, so I have no complaints. To keep this short, after about 10,000 ring game hands, I'm trying to figure out whether I should move up. As the Poker Tracker God tells me:

Vol Put $ in Pot: 36.41%
Vol Put % in Pot in SB: 67.29%
Folded SB and BB to steal: 61.21% and 66.34%
BB/100 Hands: 24.62
Went to SD: 23.23%
Won $ at SD: 58.11%
PF Raise: 7.7%
Won $ when seeing flop: 33.76
Att. To Steal Blinds: 8.36%

From reading other posts, 10,000 is not all that mant hands to make decisions on. I understand this, but would assume most of you can make decent assumptions on this. Any help would be appreciated. I'd like to move to at least the .5/$1 tables, but don't want to completely diminish my bankroll I've spent some decent time building.

stay where you are and keep building your bankroll. When you hit $300 then try moving up. I think that you are enjoying some nice success, but you will experience some downswings and you should not be in a hurry to move up.

It looks to me like you play way too many hands, ie putting money in the pot, but maybe this is distorted by the fact you play 6-handed tables, whch I do not play.
