Playing AQ level 4 55s
I always seem to mess up with AQ in the mid stages of the games. Party 55 STT.
Situation: 50/100 blinds, 6-7 players left. I am in early position with about 1300 chips with AQ. The rest of the players have 1000-2500 chips. I raise to 250 and get reraised allin by the button who just has me covered. Is this a clear call or should I fold without any reads that the player is very aggressive. Should I just call the blind to start the hand? |

You can't raise and then fold preflop with AQ. Depending on table texture, limp for TP or call the All-in.

Re: Playing AQ level 4 55s
I guess I normally don't raise to t250 here. I move all-in for maximum FE. I think I like folding here without a solid read that Villain is a maniac.

Re: Playing AQ level 4 55s
You would move in in EP for 13BBs? I think that's risking a lot for only 150 chips. I like the OPs raise better, though I admit it does leave you in a tough spot when reraised. Without a read that the guy is too loose, I probably fold.

I move all-in in the first place.
As you played it, fold to the re-raise. |
