Default stealing when the blinds are going up

Ive been put in these situations a couple times before and wondering what you guys think. I hope this isn't one of those "it depends" situations.

Lets say you are in the SB, its level 4(50/100) and your stack is 700+. There's 6 ppl left at this $20+2.

The BB is average at about 1100. You are dealt two cards and its folded to you...now the blinds are going up the NEXT hand(to 75/150), do you push now while you have the option to steal a total of 150, 50 of which were yours to begin with.

Or do you wait til the next hand to steal 225 with a hand that could be even worse, and you dont even know if it will be folded to you to begin with.

Assume the current hand is one that, if called, will more than likely be behind, ex. two low broadways or 98o-86o.

Lets also assume there are no maniacs at the table, just your average 20+2er's.

Whats your decision, and more importantly, why?
