Default AQs -> Flops Nut Flush Draw + Overcard in Big Pot

BB is a tight nut peddler that plays well. No reads on SB. I have no notes on MP3, which means I haven't seen him do anything stupid. I assume after preflop and flop action I'm up against AK or AA... I'm assuming a push would have little or no fold equity but I might be able to stack him if I hit.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) converter

UTG ($0.80)
UTG+1 ($34.95)
MP1 ($25)
MP2 ($24.50)
MP3 ($27.05)
Hero ($31.95)
Button ($6.45)
SB ($45.85)
BB ($25.25)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP1 calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP3 raises to $1.25</font>, Hero calls $1.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB calls $1.15, BB calls $1, MP1 calls $1.

Flop: ($6.25) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $0.5</font>, BB calls $0.50, MP1 folds, <font color="#CC3333">MP3 raises to $5</font>, Hero...

Does any play here have a higher EV than folding?

Considering your only likely outs are the 9 flush outs and there's a chance you won't get paid if you make it, I think you're better off folding.
