Default AA-QQ in EP

I have been having trouble playing these hands (AA-QQ) in the first 3 positions.

In my (loose 5/5) game with multiple limpers, is it best to make a large raise and hopefully end it there? Or is it better to simply check your option in the blinds, and lead/push a safe flop?

Hand from last night. New game, so stacks are relatively even. I pick up AA in the SB. 5 limpers and I raise to $100. Although I am known as a very tight player, and this raise screams big pair, I get 2 callers in MP and LP. MP is unknown, LP is smart, but will call this raise in this position with a medium pair.

Flop comes K Q 4

What is the play here?

Pot it.

Stack sizes would be very helpful here.
