Default Flush draw c/r push or open push?

Hero Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in BB at a ridiculously tight 11+1 table. 2625 in stack, UTG has 2410, SB has 1400. Button has rest.
Blinds 100/200

UTG minraises to 400. 4way this is any 2 broadway, any pair in most cases. Loosest player (SB) calls 400 and I call.

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (Pot 1200)

SB checks, hero ?

Lead out 600 and fold to a push. If he's "very tight" he won't push you with worse than TPTK, and a lot of the time you will take down the pot uncontested. Call an SB checkraise.
