Default Nut Low to Nuts

How many hands can you think of where you have the nut low on the flop, and have the nuts on the turn? I can't think of any outside of one situation.

In an omaha-8 sense, 45 would not apply as nut low, since the A can be played low. I will define it as having the worst possible hand played for high value.
