Default TPTK OOP river decision

No read on UTG at this point. He had just sat down. As always, comments on all streets appreciated. My specific question is about the river, though. Is this the perfect place for a value bet?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (5 handed) converter

BB ($154)
UTG ($160.95)
MP ($118.90)
Button ($137.50)
Hero ($374)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls $4, 1 fold, Button calls $4, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($16) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero bets $12, BB folds, UTG calls $12, Button folds.

Turn: ($40) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $25, UTG calls $25.

River: ($90) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero...?

I'd raise preflop and bet more on each street. In a raised pot you must bet this, here I would still do too. $70.

Completing with AK is something I do about 40% of the time. Do you always raise in this position against two limpers out of the SB?

This table was passive, and there were a few people who would see most flops. Is it faulty thinking to take a cheap flop oop with AK and only bet out if I hit? Am I better raising and then firing a continuation bet 75% of the time or so?

Also, do you recommend betting pot on flop and turn?

Personally, yes, unless the limpers are especailly smart/tricky postflop.

If the table is passive, raising preflop and potting the flop with all kinds of stuff becomes a viable strategy.

Yes, or close to, say, 80-90%.

Bet $70 or so. He's got a king, weaker kicker.
