Default AQs checkraised on ragged flop

VP$IP: 17% PFR: 9% AGF: 0 only 57 hands

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (9 handed) converter

MP1 :#A500AF(villian)/ ($89.60)
MP2 ($69.90)
MP3 ($97.50)

Button ($115.80)
SB ($48.55)
BB ($267.10)
UTG ($121.75)
UTG+1 ($92.05)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
UTG calls $1, UTG+1 calls $1, MP1 :#A500AF(villian)/ calls $1, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP3 calls $1, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $5</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG calls $4, UTG+1 folds, MP1 :#A500AF(villian)/ calls $4, MP3 folds.

Flop: ($18) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
UTG checks, villian checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $12</font>, UTG folds, <font color="#CC3333">villian raises to $24</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $54

He minraised me after his check. I'm not sure if this was a "did you really get a piece of the flop?" raise or if he really had something. Should I call it or fold? I could be very behind.

This is a very easy fold. Once in a while you'll have to take a stand if you suspect someone is messing with you, but not 4-way and not without a read. In fact, my standard play is to not even bet this flop vs. more than 2 opponents.

EDIT: Oh, the action is screwed up. It was only 2 opponents so the flop bet is good. Fold to his raise 98% of the time though .

okay, that's what I thought....I was just second guessing myself. I was taking down several pots without showing down and I was just waiting for someone to reraise me.
