Default Harrington on hold\'em 2

I already have the 1st volume.....I thought it was a great book, but I heard the second volume wasn't really proof read at all.... and that there are typos all over it....anyone know if this is true and if so will they re-release it?

Does HOH2 still focus on NL tournaments or does it also apply more to cash games?

That's too bad. Hopefully 2+2 will decide to fill this huge gap of the market
