Default Auto Insurance

How much do you really need? I'm renewing my policy and am thinking about changing my current coverage. I drive a 1999 Chrysler Sebring that is in pretty bad physical shape, i.e. broken spoiler, sunspots, etc. How much should my Collision and Comprehensive deductable be or should I just waive it? Any other insight would be appreciated.

If you have a good record and are a good driver, don't pay more than $60/month. I pay about $50/month. I actually pay it all at once so I can forget about it. Basically just tell them that you want "liability" insurance which is insurance on their car not yours. You don't get a crap about your car, right ? Since it's old ? Yeah just get cheap insurance with a $1000 deductible.
