subs and qualifier difficulty

How would you rate the various subs and qualifiers (i.e. party $7+1 $1mil sub, party $64+6 qualifier) in terms of difficulty, compared to SNGs of similar buyins? Are the subs a joke to win? Are they worthwhile?

I find them to be pretty soft. Usually, you have 1 or 2 other pretty good players on your table, but that's about it!
