Note: You'll get better responses if you don't show information beyond what you had at the time of making the decision (like that MP raised to 500, or that you yourself did in fact fold). End the post with Hero...?

In any case, I think this is a fold. You've got 9.75BB's, this hand is not particularly strong -- quite possible to be dominated, and you've got 4 people to make fold...one of whom (MP) wouldn't really even be dented in relation to the BB by calling your push and losing. Fold it.

Thanks for the responses, sorry for the somewhat incompetent post :- I forgot to mention I had only been involved in ONE hand out of the blinds prior to that hand so I thought they'd consider me a total rock who'd only raise with aces, but I guess in $11's no one really pays attention to that :/

I ended up busting the next orbit when utg limped and I pushed with AQo only to have the utg limper call with AKo :// Had no read on him being tricky like that but I think it was right to push in that situation no matter what read I had on him.

It's all good, here's the very first hand of a $22 I just started:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) converter

saw flop|saw showdown

Hero (t1500)
SB (t1500)
BB (t1500)
UTG (t1500)
UTG+1 (t1500)
MP1 (t1500)
MP2 (t1500)
MP3 (t1500)
CO (t1500)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls t20, 1 fold, MP2 calls t20, 1 fold, CO raises to t40, Hero calls t40, 1 fold, BB calls t20, UTG+1 calls t20, MP2 calls t20.

Flop: (t210) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 checks, MP2 checks, CO bets t40, Hero calls t40, BB calls t40, UTG+1 calls t40, MP2 folds.

Turn: (t370) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 checks, CO bets t40, Hero raises to t200, BB calls t200, UTG+1 folds, CO calls t160.

River: (t970) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets t500, BB raises to t1000, CO calls t1000, Hero raises to t1220, BB calls t220 (All-In), CO calls t220 (All-In).

Final Pot: t4630

Results in white below:
BB has 7h 3c (three of a kind, sevens).
CO has Ah As (two pair, aces and sevens).
Hero has 2d 2h (full house, twos full of sevens).
Outcome: Hero wins t4630.

I can't believe how people get married to aces when they only raise it 40 preflop Honestly I don't think it would have mattered how I played this they were both going all in on any street
