I hate my laptop

I am signed on as "guest" right now. If I sign in via my usually profile(also the admin one), they keyboard is effed up(0 comes out when i hit 'm', '\' instead of '0', lots of other weird keyboard things)

any Ideas on fixing this?

This has to do with the regional keyboard settings:

Go to control panel (in the start menu, click it with your mouse ;-))

Find "regional and language options" click the languages tab and then the "details" button.

Should be similar in other windows versions.
