Rearrange desk time
I don't spend a lot of time web surfing at work, but too many times when I do, someone barges into my cube and sees it - like I was just watching the old man fight video and someone come over to set up a meeting. (of course there were pics of hot women on that site too.)
My computer screen faces the cube entrance - need to change that now.

Privacy > Space. In fact Privacy > just about everything when it comes to your office space. In my current job I'm fortunate to have a big office of my own, but in my previous job I had a tiny cubicle that had a built-in desk so I had to work with my back turned to the door. That sucked so bad, I don't even know if I'd take any job that didn't allow me some privacy.
