Edited for TV
PG/R-rated movies edited for TV are unwatchable. Why do they keep showing them?

Unwatchable or funnier?

Re: Edited for TV
That's true - funnier - if you want to watch The Godfather as a comedy.

Re: Edited for TV
i think it adds to the movie experience, when you hear a star screaming "i'm going to 'freakin' kill you" and the voice is SOOOOO different, it's hilarious!

Re: Edited for TV
Well I've never seen The Godfather but I imagine its a riot and doesn't really need the boost that TV editing gives.

Re: Edited for TV
I was watching Pulp Fiction on Bravo the other night, and watching the woman wave the gun around the coffee shop screaming "I'm gonna kill every one of you 'my friends,'" was just chock full of unintentional hilarity.

Re: Edited for TV
I was watching Pulp Fiction on Bravo this afternoon and when Ringo asks Jules which wallet is his so he can take it out of the trash bag, Jules says "It's the one that says Bad Motherhubber on it"
