Paradise $20k rebuy and add-on

So paradise started their $20K guaranteed R&A today without rebuys turned on. Registration was closed w/ about 7K in the prize pool. I was looking forward to a nice overlay when 20 mins in they canceled the tourney and split the 7k among the remaining players. I've been having other problems with their software as well and at this point I'd really like to take some action to get proper compensation. Any ideas?

I just don't think one person bitching at them via email is going to get anywhere.
