Default Anyone has any \"connections\" with Pacific Poker?

I know i'm a newbie and I've never posted in this forum before, but I need some urgent serious help.

I've been playing for about a year now in PacificPoker.com. I got 10$ free on their site which I turned to about a nice bankroll. 4 Hours ago, while playing in a SnG, my connection frooze. When I tried to log back, it said my username does not exist.

I emailed support, and got a reply from the "Operations Department", which is the following :

Dear Yuval,

This is Beki G. from the Operations Department at Cassava Enterprises
(Gibraltar) Ltd. I am contacting you in regards to your Pacific Poker
account with the username "Yuval".

Yuval, please be advised that we are unable to offer our services to you
as you are logging in from Israel.

Unfortunately we can not accept members from this country for legal
reasons.

Your Poker account has been disabled in accordance with this policy.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused and I thank you for your
interest in Pacific Poker.

Kind regards,
Beki G.

They did not email me back since then. I talked to Pacific's Support department, who told me, as I expected, I have to deal with this other department.

I know the amounts doesn't mean alot to some of you, but it's about 4500$, which I personally need.

I can't understand how 12 months of me playing nearly every day can be wiped out in one second. I can't even express how I feel right now, it's just too painful.

Is there anyone here who can advice me what to do. Anyone who can help? I might come off badly from this post, but I just don't care at this point. I'm actually begging for help from someone with experiance in dealing with poker sites and frozen accounts.

Thanks in advance,

Yuval.

I have no idea, but I've never had any problem with other sites.

It's not the issue for me. I don't care about not being able to play there. I'm just terrified about the fate of the money in that account. It's more than the actual money, it's the feeling I wasted a year of my life playing for nothing.

Can they possibly -take- my money? I mean, let me cash it out and I will never ever show my face at that site, I promise.

God, this sucks. I'm clicking refresh on my mailbox like that's gonna help.

It's probally in the T&Cs that they don't allow players from israel. But then again they shouldn't have let you continue playing fo 12 months...

The reason I asked is because the terms and conditions state that they have the right to refuse business from players who live in areas where gambling is illegal. It sounds like that's why they froze your account.

I don't think they have a right to confiscate your money, however (morally not legally).

It's pretty sad, but that's exactly what I'm hoping for right now. That they won't confiscate my money, cause it's just immoral. They certainly don't need it, I do, I have done nothing wrong intentially (I mean, they don't accuse me of cheating or anything).

I understand not allowing me to play, but just let me cash out!

That's why i'm posting here, for the slight chance that someone actually know someone who knows someone who can just click on a buttom and let me cashout.

The only thing I can say is that you should go to Casinomeister.com and post a complaint in the forum there. I don't know if they would be willing to help, because it looks like you did technically violate the T&Cs.

In the future, you should contact any online pokerroom/casino before you deposit or play and ask if they allow players from Isreal.

Just stay on top of them, and keep bothering them, tell them you don't care if your'e not allowed to play, just cash out your funds to you with whatever method they choose. I think they'll let you cash out eventually.

Why did you not make withdrawals during your year of playing there? When were you planning on making your first?
