Default Is this collusion? (Party $11)

I'm at work and don't have the HH on me.

$11 eurobet
5 or 6 handed. I'm short stack.

I go all-in UTG, UTG+1 asks what everyone has, 3 players in total type their hole cards. UTG+1 calls, everyone else folds.

I emailed support and they replied saying that UTG+1 had every intention of calling my all-in before the conversation (how does CS know this?). Also, he told the table he had TT, but really showed 77. Support told me that they weren't even giving their real hole cards so there can't refund my fee, but will ask the other players to wait until the hand is over to discuss it.

Would you pursue this further or let it be?

edit: spelled 'persue'

Id pursue it. If possible id get their addresses and hit them in the face with a fireaxe as hard as i could, but that may be a bit extreme in a 10+1.

Id murder them and their families if it happened in a more expensive game however, like a 30+3.

I think if you really push it you could probably get UTG+1's chat removed, but you're not gonna get your buyin back. If someone wrote "don't do it, I am gonna call" it would be worse. I don't know. I would hate it but let it go. I've had worse done to me for more $$$ on NL tables and got nothin'.

"and they replied saying that UTG+1 had every intention of calling my all-in before the conversation"

Ask them how they know this. Obviously he didn't have every intention of going in since he wanted to know what people behind him had. He may not have called fearing someone behind him had a better hand.

"Would you persue this further or let it be?"

Write a few emails having a go at the CS but not being nasty. You won't get anything out of it, but I'd do it in spite.

even if they were all lying about their hole cards, there is no doubt the intent to collude with the table's other players was formed by not only UTG+1, but everyone else who responded to him as well.

personally, even tho this is only 11 bucks, i wouldnt drop this with eurobet cs until i get some sort of satisfying explanation (which saying that UTG+1 was going to call no matter what isnt) or i get my 11 bucks back.

this is not viet nam -- there are rules.

This happened to me, i reported it to the Potty Investigation Team and they said it wasnt collusion. By the book, this is "implicit collusion" and would only be real collusion if there was verbal agreement by the other player. This would never fly in a casino though, pull this at a home game and you'd get a new hole ripped (or your pouch torn)

Hmm, as im unfamiliar with the finer rules of the game is it actually against the rules to do that? Though im sure if you tried that in a major B&M tournament aka the WSOP they'd come down pretty heavy on you.

If you really wanted your $11 back maybe you could take it up with the respective gaming commision and be responsible for the entire downfall of Party and their collapse on the stock exchange etc

Oh man that would be so funny. And just cos some cock jockey decided to collude in one of the games.

Unfortunately it was at another skin. But try and bankrupt them anyway, please.

Ill pitch in a bit with legal costs, im sure others will too. Lets send a message to those sites.
