Limping Challenge
I'd like to propose a challenge to anyone out there who is confident that all limping is evil. The idea is that we each play the next 10,000 hands (or 20,000) and compare results at the same level and site.
In the loose 3/6 games i play, i don't think i really have much fold equity. After running some poker stove tests i'm not convinced that limping is wrong with the sort of drawing hands that prefer more players. Needless to say i don't always open-limp with any particular hand, nor do i always over-limp with my favorites. But, i'd be willing to play a few choice hands and "always limp" if my opponent will do the opposite and either raise / fold the agreed upon hands. Some examples: Open-limping from UTG: 55 - 77 QJs, QTs, JTs Over-limping after 1 limper: above hands + A7s - A4s K9s, K8s J9s, T9s, T8s, 98s Over-limping after 2 limpers: above hands + 44 - 22 A3s, A2s K7s, K6s Q9s, Q8s 87s - 54s 97s, 86s QJo, QTo, JTo Over-limping after 3 limpers: above hands + J9o, T9o, T9o, 98o |

Re: Limping Challenge
I'm not sure many (or any!) think that all limping is wrong. I think many believe open-limping is wrong. Everyone here will limp a number of hands behind one or two limpers.
