i'm assuming in hand 1 you're utg. i think that this is:

hand 1: all in

hand 2: call. but this could change if the guy's been too tight by a bunch.

oops, that was a typo that I repasted.

I was indeed UTG in the 2nd hand. I find it tough to call this one, as it leaves me with such a shortstack for post flop. But it's also tough to push, as the guy is almost definitely going to call as he's pretty committed.
