Speed reading?

Anyone here a speed reader or know a little bit in-depth about speed reading? It seems like a really cool notion, and could save me a lot of time. Just a random thought of mine.

I took a speed reading class. Worst $300 ever spent. Ever. And that includes registering for a Sunday tournament on Tuesday and forgetting to play.
