System or spreadsheet on player notes

Hi, can you help me sitngo'ers?
I am fairly new to sitngos and would like some advice on how to make notes on players at my table.
Obviously you get hand history and can observe game as it plays but im looking for some kind of system or spreadsheet formula where i can store shorthand or quickly rather than scribbled notes on a pad!!
Im sure some of the more serious players use 'notes' in some form on there opponents plays.
Be grateful of any help sorry its a bit of a confusing post

I'd think making notes on opponents really only applies to the higher buyins where you run into the same players alot more frequently.

Instead of scribbling on a pad or making a spreadsheet, you could just right-click on the players' names.
