Not Cumming During Sex

When i have sex with a condom, initial insertion is great and so are the first 5 minutes or so, but after i can barely feel anything. It will usually take me a good 40-45 minutes to finally cum. I'd estimate that atleast 15% of the time I dont cum at all; I'll just get bored or fustrated and stop. This of course makes her aggravated and she starts worrying that "she cant make me happy".

She doesnt want to take the pill because of the health risks. I cant say that I blame her reading the back of the box. Science is lagging in this department.

Do ultra-thin condoms make a difference?? I dont even know if i can get them here.

Maybe the frequency of our sex is working against me. We never miss a day. Maybe it'd be better if we were on a one on, one off schedule?

You live in Thailand, right? How about Male Birth Control(Exogenous Testosterone)--100% effective, though I can't say I'm a big fan of unnecessary testosterone replacement.
