During WSOP, where is the best $$?

Ok - I'm rolling a friend for about $25,000 during the WSOP. We were both out there at the beginning of June. The Rio side games were decent, and the Wynn nl games were soft. What is the best place for him to play during the main event? Rio? Bellagio? The Wynn? And what games? He can play 100/200 limit quite well or No-limit any limit, although with only $25K we probably have to stick to 10/25 or 25/50.

Ideas...suggestions... tales from experiences???
