Chance of two people getting KK?

This happened to me the other night when me and someone else both got KK. I raised pre-flop and he only called. After a flop of AAA and not much else on the turn and river we split the pot.

Anyone know the chances of 2 people getting the same pair?

Well it depends on how many people are at the table. It's easy if there are only two 1/13*3/51*1/25*1/49. That comes out to 3.69378 chances per million. I'm not sure about this but my best guess for a ten handed game is to multiply this by 8 (since there are 8 other people who could have KK). That works out as 29.5502 chances per million. Is this correct?

Correction:

the chance of another player getting the same pair as you have is (number of opponents) times 2 divided by(50 times 49 )

I took the question to be that both had to have Ks not just the same pair. But I agree with your formula. It is the 1/25 * 1/49 part of my post.
