Default championship omaha

I was wondering if TJ's book Championship Omaha was any good. I'm talking about the one published a few months ago. I was also wondering if there is any good starting hands suggestions like in Skalanky's books on hold'em. I'm not talking about general hand selections, but advanced hand selections considering the position. So far I have found no writing on that for pot limit omaha or omaha hi. The 2+2 Team should write a book on omaha hi I think.

TJ's book is ok, if you search the archiveserver you will find mason's review of it.

Play Poker Like the Pro's has a pretty good starting hand discusion for PLO too.
