Default Pushing or Stealing with no SB

I know blind sizes, and stack sizes play an overall large factor in determining when you will steal, or push PF. However, in the instance of the BB being eliminated resulting in there being no SB the next hand, are there hands that you would likely push or steal with when the SB is posted, that you will defiantely not push or steal with when only the BB is posted?

I have found myself less likely to steal or push in this situation, or get involved in the hand.
