Pacific hand histories

Pacific is really the only site I play at. I'd like to post some hands, but I can't figure out how to with Pacific.

Ideas?

Lobby --> myhistory --> 7card stud (or 7cs hilo) --> wait until the thing loads --> write everything down street by street because they won't send you a HH
