Default Shooting fish in a Barrel

I am an overall winner at holdem (approx.1.7BB/hr) but I notice that most of my winnings don't come from fish. What happens a lot is I'm playing at a table with good players and below average players and that's where I usually win. Often, there'll be a real fish or 2 who sits down and automatically, I start thinking I'll take his money but it seldom happens. The fish tend to make me stay at the table longer....I don't like leaving the table until the fish is gone but I notice I can't seem to take their money...at least not directly. Does anyone else have this problem?

What the fish do are increase every pot and encourage people to play.
