The Stand Up Triple
Jose Reyes just had one, and I honestly don't think I've ever seen one before, absent some outfield play that could be considered an error or some odd ballpark dimension that causs a pinball effect. Kenny Lofton was playing shallow, Reyes golfed the ball over his head, it rolled to the wall (and not too slowly), and Reyes was in at third standing up.
Is Lofton's arm that bad, or is Reyes really that fast? |
