Default Debut Tourney Prep

Sup -
Sorry for the uber noob post I'm playing in my first non-freeroll tourney ever with my boss and his friends.
I would just like to take in any general advice anybody may have on how to make the basic adjustments from limit.

3X BB a standard PF raise? What's a standard follow-up flop bet? Is open-limping frowned upon? I'm pretty sure it is late in the tourney; but what do you do with AQo or 77 UTG on the 2nd orbit? Go conservative early?
Thanks in advance
