Call w/AK, ITM, and two others already all-in?
From an $11 two table tourney at Party. We're all ITM now. Standard Party payout (80/60/40/20). Is there any reason not call when the pot odds are slighlty more than 3-to-1? I'm very unsure about when, if ever, you surrender good pot odds for tactical reasons, and whether this is such a situation.

I call in a heart beat, you're still in good shape even if you do not win this hand. This is a perfect opportunity to seal a 1st place, great odds & a great hand.

Call, automatically. And I'd probably push preflop...

Call, automatically. And I'd probably push preflop... [/ QUOTE ] Would you push preflop if the table had been folding every time I put in a raise of 3xBB? Nobody was calling my raises. I wasn't pushing a whole lot of hands either. Maybe I should've. This did not turn into a preflop pushfest. |
