Default How to take advantage?

When your facing a rather good known player, even at the 10/1. Some easy ways for me to see this if they are multitabling and look at there other games pretty quickly to see if they seem pretty solid and tight early on. The question is what can you do early on to take the edge? Would one thing be to do raise blinds more even early on?
