Default button with draw (30/60), TT in BB facing a reraise (60/120)

2 situations.

You open raise with ATs on button with a stack of 1800, BB with 4-5k calls. No real reads on the BB, to have 4-5k at this level (start at 1500) must have had some decent situations along the way. Fairly new to the table, although the last hand you min bet from the SB against 2 players on a 77K flop in an unraised pot and all folded.
Flop is J98, 2 suited, none of your suit.

What are you thinking, what is your action?

Next situation is right after the first break. New table, 2 villains are bigger stacked.
UTG min raises, CO or button 3-bet min reraises.
You are sitting in BB with TT. What are you thinking, how do you proceed?
