Default AKo hand with 250 left in 100k Tourney

This was in Pacific Poker's weekly 100K guranateed tourney.

I'm on the button with AKo blinds are at 150-300 and I have about 3000. Paying top 60 and there is around 250 left. UTG+3 makes a min raise and it gets folded around to me. I reraise to 1400 and both blinds fold and UTG+3 calls. Flop comes down QQX and he pushes about 2/3 my stack and I reraise all in. What do you guys think? Is this a decent move or should I be throwing this away? If I fold it only leaves me with about 4-5BB left. Villian had just raised to 1200 hand before and everyone folded to him. He was a decent player who had about twice my stack but I had just moved to the table so not any real reads. I thoght there was a decent chance he was just pushing me off of a better hand, but on second thought I'm not so sure.

you can't be raising 1/2 your stack preflop here. you need to push preflop. then you won't have to deal with missing the flop and being pot stuck.
