Date / Time: 2005-06-26 15:38:00 Title: Dicken Doubles Up Log: Darrell Dicken got the card that he needed. Dicken was all in with A-K against Joe Monroe's J-J. The board blanked out all the way to the river until a miracle ace fell for Dicken. Dicken's double up makes him a force in this event with over $85,000. |

Darrell Dicken Eliminated in 13th Place ($9,775) Darrell Dicken was all in preflop against Humberto Brenes. Dicken turned over A-J, while Brenes showed K-Q. The flop came 10-8-4, and the turn was a J. Now Brenes needed a 9,Q,K, or an A to eliminate Dicken. The river card was an ace and Dicken was eliminated in 13th place earning $9,775. After the win Brenes is now up to around $135,000. |
