Well, to answer your question first, yes, I'd pay off the all in with the two pairs. It's possible he has trips, but at this level of table ($11), anything happens, and it is more likely he has top pair with higher kicker or an overpair.

However, there is the issue of how you reached the river in the first place. Frankly, I'd have folded as of the first bet. Your kicker is garbage, so any Jack with a card higher than a 4 has you beat. Every call you made until the river is a blunder to my eyes.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I would strongly advise you to read a book or two, or you will find your stay at the tables to be an expensive one.

Firstoff, I wouldn't bet the flop. if it did, I would bet more, and if I did bet what you did and got two callers, I wouldn't bet the turn and would enter check/fold mode.

You are showing some weakness IMO w those small bets, including the river one (1/3rd the pot). I would call, thinking that he was tryin to bluff me or, more likely, had AJ or KJ - though a set is certainly possible.

Yeah. Definitely. And your small bets on the flop and turn suck. I'd check/fold here with a mediocre hand and 4 players in the pot, maybe call small bets for EV.
