160 shootout for WSOP seat, 1st table. We're headsup and villain is aggressive but not stupid. The last guy just busted out thinking he was getting too far out of line, and he was, but hard to say when and how often.

Where did I go wrong here and what to do now?

Just based on PF action, I would have raised more. You are giving him a little over 2 to 1 odds, and he will have position on you. If you put the rest of your stack in on the flop, after his raise, I think you will be getting slightly over 3 to 1 on your money if he calls the rest. So I guess that points to a call, but it is a tough situation. Also you will be very crippled if you fold.

Why do you think he choose not to just put you all in on the flop?
