Default Instafold in the 33s?

33, Villain is a good aggressive blind stealer, but we haven't seen any of his cards.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (5 handed) converter

Button (t1410)
SB (t2085)
Hero (t1920)
UTG (t725)
MP (t1860)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
2 folds, Button raises to t1410 (All-In), SB folds, Hero ????

It's still an easy fold.

I sometimes spitecall with A9 and often have the best hand. But the chip standings need to be more in my favour to do it.

hey spongey, can you explain to me why I should be sitting to the right of known pushers instead of the left? maybe this is stupid of me, but I'd rather know what your action is so that I can act on it.

bleh

I called with A9s in the exact same situation the other night.

I believe I was wrong to do so and I am not being results oriented.

It is a call according to ICM, even if villain isn't stealing with every crappy A or pp. And if he is stealing with something like 25% of his hands it becomes a pretty clear call.

Winning would also put you in a pretty nice bubble situation. Not perfect though, since the short stack is on your left. But it seems like you should call, doesn't it? Without doing the calculations I would've probably advised to fold.
