Simple newb questions from a non-newb

I regularly participate in the SS forum, and I can understand how newb questions that have been already covered can affect the forum, but I have some very basic questions that I think trying to search for would take longer than outright asking. Thanks for any help on these.

I decided to see if limit skills transfer over to limit SNG's. So far I have been doing good. My question is, is there rakeback on these SNG's, and how much?

My other question is about ROI. I have heard this referred to, but I'm curious how this works, and how do I import tournaments into PT?

Again, thanks in advance for any help. Also, if there are any reccomendations for other things I should read regarding limit SNG's or SNG's in general, let me know.
