For video games. How do I do this? Downloaded Doom 3, what do I use?

Burn it onto a CD-R with Ahead's Nero Burning ROM. I'm sure if you can find a download of Doom 3, you can find a free version of Nero.

I have Nero. What do I do once it's burned? It'll just automatically run? Also, it's 3 files, and nearly 2gb. Do I burn the 3 files individually on a blank CDR or burn all 3 onto a DVD as a Data Disc? Thanks.

Burn it as an ISO. You should have .cue files with every .bin. If not, post and I'll send you a PM to get a way to send you some .cue files. You open the .cue with Nero and then just burn. Yes, you need to burn one disc for each .bin. Doom 3 turns out to be 3 discs...not that I have 3 burned CDs that say Doom 3 - 1, Doom 3 -2, Doom 3 - 3 on my desk right now.

get daemon tools, it should be able to mount that .bin file as a virtual CD rom, should be able to use it right off the HDD, and it will be faster too

also, there is a "Computer techinical help" forum now

I tried, it says it's missing driver crap or something. Warsaw is helping me now. I just burned all of the files wrong or something, meh. This game better be good.

You need Daemon Tools (http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/portal/index.php)

Mount it > install > unmount > play.

btw, doom 3 sucks.
