Default I folded incorrectly....

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 2 folds, MP2 calls, Hero calls, CO calls, Button calls, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (7 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (7 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, MP2 checks, Hero bets, CO calls, Button calls, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls, MP2 calls.

So I'm stuck in this multiway pot in a crappy position with TP no kicker and I get 5 players to the turn

Turn: (6 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players)
UTG checks, MP2 bets, Hero folds, CO calls, Button folds, UTG folds.

Now a bettor wakes up and bets out, with multiple players to act behind me, I decide to fold.

River: (8 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP2 checks, CO checks.

Final Pot: 8 BB

Villain showed k3

If anything, you paid too much to fold. If you think none of those 5 people have an ace, you so crazy. You're drawing to three outs. Take the free card being offered to you on the flop and fold the turn UI.

There's 2 aces left, 47 cards unseen. 10 cards held by villians. Its more statistically likely that no one has an ace. If they do have an ace, we have outs + counterfeit outs.

This fold is crazy getting 7:1.

that is a tight fold. I would probably call that down without any reads. Or I might even raise that and try and isolate MP2 and hope someone with diamonds will fold.

5 villains to the turn in a 2/4 game and you really think no villain has no ace? Highly unlikely.

Counterfeit outs are there, but what outs are you thinking of? 2 aces and 2 8's are it. That's 10:1.

With those two callers already in, if it's loose enough, I'd play it. Even if it was loose I'd let it go in 2/4 with less than 2 limpers to that point.

Villian folded the turn. Had he of seen the river, he would have been spliting with any ace. You need some maths to prove the ace is not out there. Cliches like "the ace is always out in low stakes" is not proof.
