If this is the first time he raises out of the SB i think i would fold. If he has done it before i push.

I agree If he has been raising a lot I will fold. This is a situation I find myself in a lot of the time and I tend to not give the SB any credit at all when I am BB. That is a definite leak and I am starting to pay close attention to the people to the right of me to see what type of player they are.
