Unless I'm crazy or the download I got is bad, song 7 is chia, which is like 31 seconds of nothing.
If you're talking about As Serious As Your Life, good choice. I also like Slow Jam, but the whole album is awesome and I used to listen to it constantly when I needed to focus. Check out Out Hud's S.T.R.E.E.T.D.A.D. if you like Rounds.
