Default World Series of Bot Poker

Saw this over at Slashdot, thought some might find it interesting:

http://www.bradenton.com/mld/bradent...l/11881863.htm

"....The march of the machines will be celebrated in Las Vegas next month with the world's first money tournament for robots - and the $100,000 prize is drawing a handful of coders out of anonymity....."

Haha.. I'd think it would be about 100x harder to program a bot for NL play.

It is easier to program a NL bot if it's playing against noobs, but it's much harder to program one that can beat a good player/s.

Different for NL tournaments

I'm talking about a ring game - but then again I think I just contradicted myself because they'd be playing a tourney to find the winner.
