Hell's Kitchen redux

I'm still loving this show.

Wendy from the Blue Team got booted, Jeff from the Red Team walked out, and Chef Ramsey supposedly said it was the worst night of his professional career. Again, he wound up just shutting down the kitchen out of frustration.

He also wound up being surprisingly complimentary to a blue team member, the guy he assigned to pick which Blue Team member would be kicked. It was nice to see him recognize competency and complement it rather than just tearing a new arsehole in the incompetents.

I watched it last week and thought it was pretty good. I didn't see tonight's episode though; I went and watched Mr. and Mrs. Smith instead. Not a very good trade, really.
