My instinct says call here, you are likely ahead of UTG, have him well covered, even losing you are still not in desperate shape, god knows what the ICM says, but win this and you are easily 2nd in chips and can cruise into the money, and steal when the big stack folds from just about anyone on the table. I call.

ICM has it a clear call even if he is 'tight' according to eastbay's tool. Which he won't be.
