Default A-K pre-flop probability

What is the probability, pre-flop, that A-K will beat Q-Q? How about 9-9?

Where is an easy place for me to find these probabilities?

Thanks!

A-K beats Q Q 43% of the time if it's unsuited, 46% if it's suited.

Against 9 9 the numbers are 45% and 47%.
