Default Pocket queens giving me trouble

I've had pocket queens 5 times in the last couple hours of 2 tabling and won once with them when I flopped a set and rivered quads. Here are the 2 that I'm least sure about.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (9 max, 8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 1 fold, Hero raises, 2 folds, SB calls, 1 fold, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: (7 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, UTG+1 calls, Hero folds...

SB is LAP, 72/18 <1 AF. I think he had a lower PFR at the time and started getting laggy preflop yet staying pretty passive postflop. He has check called the flop with trips and led the turn, and check raised the turn with 2 pair. He doesn't seem the type to bet the flop with a draw.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (9 max, 9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG raises, Hero 3-bets, 6 folds, BB calls, UTG caps, Hero calls, BB calls.

Flop: (12.50 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)

BB is laggy preflop and will lead with any piece postflop, including a gutshot. UTG seems to be a crappy TAG. I have a note on him he didn't bet TPMK til the river.

Hand 1: Raise the flop

Hand 2: 3bet the flop.

Hand 1: Folding is ok here. I think that you can see the river for free by raising though.

Hand 2: I can't imagine not 3-betting this flop.

Hand2: I think i'm coldcalling here, thats an ugly board for QQ, esp with a preflop capper raising the flop

you are getting 15.5/2 I don't think you have anywhere near 33% equity here

Couldn't the guy in hand 2 have AK/AQs(spades)?
